How QWork works

Project information comes together, QWork works out what matters, and a person decides what happens next.

    Sense

    Requirements, incoming documents, status updates and the existing record sit in one workspace.

      The obligations, terms and criteria the work has to meet.

      Submissions, status updates, correspondence and evidence as they arrive.

    • Project record

      Prior decisions, registers and earlier reports already on file.

  2. Step 02

    Understand

    Each source is read against the project’s obligations, prior decisions and risks.

    • Evidence tied to context

      Each document is linked to the requirement, decision or risk it bears on.

    • What matters

      Changes that shift the delivery position are separated from routine updates.

    • Gaps and conflicts

      Where evidence is missing or two sources disagree, QWork flags it rather than filling the gap.

  3. Step 03

    Act

    Drafts and next steps are prepared for a named person to review and decide.

    • Tracked-change drafts

      Report updates, briefs and evaluation notes drafted from the linked evidence.

    • Decision record

      What was proposed, the evidence behind it, and what awaits approval.

Governance and human authority

QWork Fabric connects the evidence and project context to prepare useful next steps. It does not approve them. Authority stays with the people accountable for the project.

A person decides

Every change QWork proposes arrives as a tracked change a named person accepts or rejects. Nothing is applied, issued or filed automatically.

Attributed and auditable

Changes carry an author, a timestamp and a reason for the life of the document. The auditable-event coverage matrix is still being agreed with each organisation, and coverage of every file access and sensitive-data view is not yet verified.

Australian-hosted

Storage, the database, keys and documents run in Azure Australia East. Inference on the shared tier is not yet pinned to Australia.

Assessed by you, not by us

QWork runs through your own risk assessment, including a Foundational AI Risk Assessment (FAIRA) where required; Tailor does not assess itself. Designed for information up to OFFICIAL: Sensitive under your organisation’s classification. Tailor Intelligence is not IRAP assessed and holds no ISO 27001, SOC 2 or CSA STAR certification; a certification-readiness programme is underway.

Each organisation engages Tailor Intelligence directly: its own workspace, Entra ID single sign-on, and commercial terms agreed under its own contracting arrangements. There is no central government-wide agreement to join.
