Human review — the line QWork does not cross

Everything above is prepared, not done. A named person accepts or rejects each proposed step and each drafted report update before anything is issued, sent or filed. QWork never approves or acts on its own work.

Governed throughout

Each step above carries its own attribution — what was proposed, who decided, when, and why. The trail is part of the record rather than a separate log, and it spans the whole flow, not just the last step.

Governance and human authority

QWork Fabric connects the evidence and project context to prepare useful next steps. It does not approve them. Authority stays with the people accountable for the project, and the controls below apply to every organisation and every use case.

A person decides

Every change QWork proposes arrives as a tracked change a named person accepts or rejects. Nothing is applied, issued or filed automatically, and the reasoning stays attached to the change.

Attributed and auditable

Changes carry an author, a timestamp and a reason, and the trail persists for the life of the document. The full auditable-event coverage matrix is still being agreed with each organisation, and coverage of every file access and sensitive-data view is not yet verified.

Australian-hosted

Storage, database, key and document services run in Azure Australia East, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit. Inference is being pinned to Australia-only processing as a pre-go-live acceptance condition — it is not yet a property of the shared tier this site signs in to.

Assessed by you, not by us

QWork is built to be run through your own risk assessment — including a Foundational AI Risk Assessment (FAIRA) where your policy requires one — and that assessment stays with your accountable officer — Tailor does not assess itself. It is designed for information classified up to OFFICIAL: Sensitive; you apply your organisation’s classification. Tailor Intelligence is not IRAP assessed and holds no ISO 27001, SOC 2 or CSA STAR certification; a certification-readiness programme is underway.

Each organisation engages Tailor Intelligence directly: its own workspace, Entra ID single sign-on, and commercial terms agreed under its own contracting arrangements. There is no central government-wide agreement to join.
