Requirements, incoming documents and the existing record sit in one workspace; QWork Fabric links each claim to its source evidence and flags gaps; tracked-change drafts and a decision record are prepared for a named person to accept or reject. Storage runs in Azure Australia East; inference on the shared tier is not yet pinned to Australia.
